This site provides district documents and meeting information. Meeting notices and agendas are posted at least 24 hours before the meeting. 

2025 Regular meetings of the Board of Directors will be held on October 21st, at 6:00 p.m.

The Annual Meeting will be held October 21, 2025 at 5:30 p.m via teleconference. 

Meetings will be held via teleconference.  Please view the meeting notice or agenda to confirm teleconference information for each meeting.

In the event of exigent or emergency circumstances that prevent the posting of meeting notices to this website, notices will be physically posted at the intersection of Mariposa Street and W. 169th Avenue.

The following process is in place for matters of an emergent nature, which is defined as urgent matters that require prompt attention and cannot wait until regular business hours due to the potential to affect the health, safety, and welfare of the residents and property owners in the District or the integrity of the public improvements owned, operated, or maintained by the District.  Matters of an emergent nature do NOT include emergencies, which should be directed to the appropriate emergency personnel by contacting 9-1-1, or matters which can wait until regular business hours, which should be addressed via the above contact information.
